Your fortnightly fees (Deducted every second Monday) will cover your child’s class/es for that week and the following.

Due to Gymnastics Australia’s insurance policy, it is important to complete your child’s information in our system for the trial class, even if following the lesson, you decide not to make a permanent booking.

Yes, we operate over all school holidays. Classes only stop for:

- 4 weeks for recreational squad members over Christmas

- 2 weeks for our competitive squad members over Christmas and

How can I communicate my child’s absence to BCGC?

To let us know you will be away, simply log into your parental portal. From there you can let us know when you will be away and book a make-up lesson.

Can I have a replacement lesson?

BCGC currently has a limited make up policy and missed classes will not be rescheduled as a right of membership.

It is understandable that from time-to-time family or school commitments get in the way of attending the gymnast’s regular class, therefor our GymFun, GymFun Mini and FreeG classes are eligible for 1 make up token per month provided that the gymnast’s fees are up to date, and they meet eligibility for the make-up lesson. Make up tokens are valid for 30 days from the day of the missed class and forfeited after withdrawal.

It is important to stress that make-up lessons are NOT free classes, and only provided if there is space and availability!

Does my make up lesson have an expiry date?

Yes, your complimentary make-up lesson expires within 30 days of the missed class.

Will I be charged for missed lessons?

Yes, as we still need to pay your coach and cover our many other expenses incurred to effectively run a gymnastics club. This means that we need to know you will honour your commitment to your booking and pay for the time slot that you have booked. Our easy online token system allows you to find a convenient replacement lesson.

What do I do if my child misses a number of classes?

If for any reason attending classes becomes too difficult for you or your child, it’s important that you let us know as soon as possible so that we can cancel your booking and stop your payments. This takes up to 2 weeks to process.

How best can I make contact with BCGC?

Just go to our contact page and fill in the details, and we will be in touch with you.
